Job summary

Virginia Eagle Distributing Co. is seeking a driven Sales Representative to manage a defined territory in Virginia. You will sell the full beverage portfolio, hit volume and display goals, and collaborate with delivery and merchandising teams to execute programs.

You will build relationships with store managers and buyers, coordinate promotions, and report on territory performance. A driver’s license and HS diploma are required; college degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia driver's license; clean MVR.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Pivot Tables a plus.
• Self-starter who can manage a territory independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communicator with store managers, buyers, and teammates.
• Sales, beverage distribution, or account management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined territory of on-premise and/or off-premise retail accounts on an established call schedule.
• Sell Virginia Eagle Distributing's full portfolio — beer, RTDs, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Execute new item sell-in, promotions, and pricing; report progress and barriers.
• Build and maintain dominant display and shelf presence at every account.
• Conduct regular account business reviews and keep records up-to-date in systems.
• Coordinate daily with delivery drivers and merchandisers on displays and POS.
• Track and report competitive pricing, promotions, and new placements within territory.
