Job summary

The Odom Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to manage an assigned territory and build strong customer relationships in Sumner, WA.

The role focuses on achieving sales, distribution, merchandising, and promotional objectives, while partnering closely with retailers, sales leadership, delivery personnel, merchandising teams, and supplier representatives to identify growth opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the territory and work the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage an assigned territory to meet sales, distribution, service, and account-execution objectives.
• Build productive customer relationships, understand account needs, and identify opportunities to expand distribution and displays.
• Maintain accurate account information, call plans, sales records, and customer commitments.
• Monitor market and competitive conditions and communicate opportunities, risks, and service issues to sales leadership.
• Present products, pricing, programs, and promotions aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
