Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1–2 years related experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and reliable transportation.
• Prefer beverage sales/merchandising experience and local market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: manage territory, track conditions, and keep accounts records.
• Travel within territory to call on customers and solicit orders.
• Prepare for each sales call with history and credit info.
• Prepare timely reporting on sales distribution and promotions.
• Selling: plan and execute daily, weekly, monthly objectives.
• Make persuasive presentations and overcome objections to proposals.
• Display or demonstrate products; quote prices and solicit orders.
• Write orders, design displays, and organize on-site promotions.
• Understand in-store merchandising principles for accounts.
• Influence shelf management and display guidelines to boost sales.
• Use POS materials to increase merchandising success.
• Maintain product rotation, dusting, rebating, and stocking levels.
• Adhere to professional dress and company image; ensure safety.
