Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Account Sales Manager for Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs, and surrounding areas in FL. You will up-sell and fulfill replenishment while focusing on execution, merchandising and retention across small and large format customers.

You will support KDP brands including 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and others in retail stores within the assigned territory, with a full-time schedule and first-shift start.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth, share growth, brand distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays, and POS material.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf reallocations to maximize sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
• Participate in the installation of revamped beverage sections, displays and placement of POS material.
• Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in the allocated beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
• Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts and reports on promotional activity and space allocations.
• Maintain back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.
