Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking an Account Sales Manager to drive brand growth and shelf presence across assigned accounts in the United States.

You will up-sell, merchandise, and ensure product availability while coordinating with store personnel on promotions, displays, and POS materials. The role emphasizes territory execution, attendance at locations with physical merchandising, and meeting volume objectives with a base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or sales experience with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth, share growth, brand distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays, POS material, and store renovations.
• Develop beverage shelf reallocations to maximize sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
• Assist in installing revamped beverage sections, displays and POS placements per merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in the beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
• Support in the sale, placement, and vendor changes in chain stores; ensure product availability.
• Maintain sales records and reports on promotions, competitive activity, and space allocations.
