Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring an Account Sales Manager for Topeka and Manhattan, KS. This full-time role focuses on up-selling, replenishment, and merchandising across assigned accounts with a strong emphasis on retention and penetration of both small and large format retailers.

The position includes 1st shift hours, typical 6:00am start, and a compensation package featuring base salary plus commissions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, and more.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth and achieve volume objectives.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts for pre-selling products, promotions, displays, and POS materials.
• Develop beverage shelf reallocations to maximize brand sales.
• Assist in installing revamped beverage sections, displays and POS placement.
• Stock and merchandise brands in the beverage section, including racks and displays.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports on promotional activity and space allocations.
• Maintain back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in-store stocking.
