Job summary

American Fidelity is seeking an Account Manager to expand and support our K-12 client base across a defined U.S. territory.

You will sell worksite insurance products and services, consult with administrators, and build trusted partnerships within the education sector. You will develop customized employee benefits packages, deliver presentations, and enroll new accounts while traveling as needed in a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B and school/education markets is preferred.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with districts, associations and administrators.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for group sessions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing B2B accounts through worksite benefits sales.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized benefits packages through enrollments, presentations, and new accounts.
• Manage a defined territory with overnight travel as required.
