Job summary

Enthuse Marketing seeks an On/Off Premise Beer Sales Representative for Baltimore, MD. You will drive distribution, collaborate with distributor partners, and manage a defined portfolio in on-premise and select off-premise accounts.

Responsibilities include building displays, training accounts on products, executing promotions, tracking territory progress, and ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations. Weekend/holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years demonstrated sales experience, preferably in beer, wine, or spirits.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must live in assigned territory with access to reliable transportation – large vehicle preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new opportunities for distribution and expand SKU distribution.
• Collaborate with distributor manager to align goals and maintain inventory.
• Provide product training to accounts on ingredients, brewing process, and trends.
• Maintain store shelf standards, inventory, and date codes; process restocks.
• Sell-in and build brand displays according to off-premise standards.
• Assist in executing promotions and educational presentations at accounts.
• Use systems to track territory progress and communicate with HQ.
• Manage budget and monthly reconciliation; ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.
