Monster Brewing Company seeks a dynamic Field Sales Manager to drive beer distribution and shelf presence across the Baltimore area. Implement local and national sales programs, target key markets, and expand distributor and retailer relationships to maximize volume.

You will train distributor reps, lead meetings, analyze data in VIP iDig and Karma, and coordinate marketing promotions, events, and wins at retail. Expect up to 30% travel.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize sales and distribution in the assigned territory through local and national programs.
• Apply sales strategy to target key markets and promote with partners.
• Identify and market to accounts with distributors to optimize distribution and 3P merchandising.
• Attend and lead distributor meetings; inform management of initiatives and performance.
• Train and motivate distributor reps on product knowledge and promotions.
• Develop relationships with retailers and coordinate marketing drives and events.
• Use distributor data to identify opportunities for growth and insights.
• Record daily sales activity and weekly results to support bonus objectives.
• Meet and maintain sales goals with leadership teams and collaborate across functions.
