Job summary

Enthuse Marketing in Arlington, VA seeks an On/Off Premise Beer Sales Representative to grow distribution, shelf presence, and brand visibility with distributor partners across our specified territory.

You will train accounts on brands, manage inventories, run POS programs, and support promotions while ensuring regulatory compliance. This role requires 1–3 years in beer/wine/spirits sales and reliable transportation, with a base pay of $45k–$70k and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years demonstrated sales experience, preferably of beers, wines and spirits.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must live in assigned territory with access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new opportunities for distribution and upsell across on-premise and off-premise accounts.
• Collaborate with distributor manager to ensure inventory and address OOS issues.
• Provide training to accounts on brand, ingredients, and pairings.
• Maintain shelf standards, rotation, date codes, and reorders per planogram.
• Sell-in and build brand displays according to off-premise standards.
• Execute POS programs to standard and support promotions.
• Track territory progress using online databases and systems.
• Maintain communication with field and HQ and manage monthly budget reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with all alcoholic beverage regulations.
