Restorerz Emergency Services in Southern California is growing and hiring a Business Development Manager to build our partner network in Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, and Orange County. You will own a territory, sign plumbing and HVAC partners, and drive referrals from technicians.

Most of your week is in the field: meeting shop owners, conducting lunch-and-learns, and riding with technicians to generate referrals.

Formación

• 3+ years of outside sales or business development.
• Proven track record of opening net-new accounts.
• CRM fluency; Salesforce or Map My Customers preferred.
• Field-based mindset; 70%+ time in the field with partners and prospects.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a pipeline of plumbing and HVAC partners across your territory.
• Sign new referral partners and move them from agreement to first referral.
• Drive technician activation through ride-alongs, lunch-and-learns, and in-truck training.
• Grow wallet share in existing accounts by expanding to all company locations.
• Track pipeline, signed partners, and referral activity in CRM; address stalls quickly.
• Collaborate with operations to streamline handoffs, dispatch, and billing.
