Job summary

RESTORERZ Emergency Services seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to own and grow a Southern California territory across Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, and Orange County. You will sign plumbing and HVAC partners, activate their technicians, and convert new accounts into steady referral sources.

In a field-heavy role, you’ll prospect shops, host lunch-and-learns, and ride along with technicians while collaborating with operations to accelerate referrals and wallet share.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales, business development, or partner development experience.
• Experience in restoration, plumbing, HVAC, or home services is a plus.
• Field-based mindset; 70%+ of time in the field with partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of plumbing and HVAC companies across your territory.
• Sign new referral partners and move them from agreement to first referral.
• Activate technicians through ride-alongs, lunch-and-learns, and in-truck training.
