Job summary

Dry Force is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our network of plumbing partners that refer restoration jobs in the DFW area. This outside sales role offers strong earning potential and long-term growth.

You will source, activate, and grow partnerships, manage partner engagement, and ensure a smooth handoff from referral to job completion. Training starts immediately and full territory management by day 90.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM and tracking activity; Luxor is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with plumbing companies across your assigned territory.
• Prospect, call, and visit partners to generate new referral opportunities.
• Educate partners on Dry Force’s services and how the referral process works.
• Identify strong partners based on responsiveness and business fit.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication to strengthen partnerships.
• Track activity, partnerships, and opportunities in CRM.
• Work closely with operations to ensure fast response times and a great customer experience.
• Keep partners informed with updates on job progress and outcomes.
• Participate in events and partner appreciation initiatives.
