Dry Force in San Antonio, TX is seeking a gregarious Business Development Representative to expand our network of plumbing partners who refer restoration projects. This relationship-driven outside sales role offers strong earning potential and long-term growth.

You will source, activate, and grow partnerships, manage partner engagement, and ensure a smooth handoff from referral to job completion. Expect rapid ramp-up, with territory ownership by the end of 90 days.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and activity tracking.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow partnerships with plumbing companies in assigned territory.
• Prospect, call, and visit partners to generate referrals.
• Educate partners on Dry Force services and referral workflow.
• Identify strong partners based on responsiveness and fit.
• Maintain regular follow-up and update CRM with activity.
• Coordinate with operations for fast response times.
• Represent Dry Force at events and partner appreciation initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
