Dry Force is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our network of plumbing partners who refer restoration jobs. This relationship-driven outside sales role offers strong earning potential and growth.

You will source, activate, and grow partnerships, manage partner engagement, and ensure smooth handoffs from referral to job completion, with a focus on increasing referrals, conversions, and partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and tracking activity; travel within territory required.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with plumbing partners in assigned territory.
• Prospect, call, and visit partners to generate referral opportunities.
• Educate partners on services and referral process.
• Maintain follow-up and communicate job progress with partners.
• Track activity and opportunities in CRM and coordinate with operations.
