Job summary

UniFirst, a global leader in uniform rental and facility services, seeks a high-performing B2B Sales Representative for an assigned territory in Ohio. You will prospect, qualify leads, present on-site assessments for uniform rental and facility programs, and close multi-year service agreements.

You will maintain an accurate CRM, meet quotas, and collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to take coaching and feedback.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads within a defined territory.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental and facility services.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain CRM with accurate client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
