Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within an assigned territory from Boise, Idaho. You will prospect, present on-site, and tailor proposals to close multi-year service agreements while maintaining CRM records.

You will negotiate, close deals, and collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth onboarding. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required as you manage a regional territory.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related fields.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, facility services, and related programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams for seamless customer onboarding.
