Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to generate new business within a designated territory. You will prospect, qualify leads, and conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental and facility services.

You will develop tailored proposals, close multi-year service agreements, and maintain CRM data to meet quotas. Collaboration with service teams ensures smooth onboarding and ongoing customer success.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services.
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
