Job summary

Cousino Restoration & Environmental is seeking a Field Sales Representative to grow our referral network across Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. You’ll establish trusted relationships with plumbers, HVAC firms, and property managers, then translate those connections into recurring revenue through our restoration services.

This on-the-road role demands 2+ years of B2B sales, a valid license, and the ability to manage a pipeline via CRM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to attend in-person meetings and networking events across the territory.
• Comfort managing pipeline, scheduling, and documentation in CRM and on phone, tablet, and web tools.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new referral partners and commercial accounts.
• Book and hold in-person meetings throughout the territory.
• Present our emergency response capabilities and explain mitigation/restoration services.
• Attend association events, networking functions, and industry gatherings.
• Log activity, pipeline, and follow-up in CRM so nothing slips.
• Coordinate with operations and leadership on customer outcomes.
