Rainbow Restoration in Modesto/Stockton region is seeking a driven Business Development & Sales professional to build relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and commercial leaders, drive new business, and close deals in a fast-paced restoration market.

This role offers uncapped commission, a tech-enabled sales process, and opportunities to advance as Rainbow expands across Sacramento, Stockton, Lodi, and Elk Grove.

Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales, ideally in restoration, construction, or service industries.
Demonstrated hunter mindset with track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient with CRM platforms and AI-assisted outreach tools.

Responsibilities

Drive New Business by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking for commercial and residential restoration leads.
Build a network with industry players and local associations.
Leverage modern tech, CRMs, mobile apps, and AI tools to accelerate outreach and quotas.
Develop territory sales strategies and represent Rainbow Restoration at events.
