Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (uniform rental, industrial services, or related fields preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; willingness to take coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory via cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for programs like uniform rental and facility services.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
