Job summary

RealPage is seeking an Account Representative I to drive new business and strengthen relationships across a defined territory in Richardson, TX. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver ROI-driven solutions.

You will prospect, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and engage executive stakeholders to advance complex deals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business or related field, or 4+ years in sales.
• Experience in B2B field sales or inside sales with quota attainment.
• Experience selling complex, solution-based products and services.
• Strong consultative sales approach and executive-facing presentations.
• Proficient with Salesforce, MS Office, and CRM tools.
• Real estate, multifamily housing, or PropTech experience is a plus.
