Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Agent Trainee to grow a local business within a supportive team. You will meet with local business owners to present supplemental insurance options and help teams and families stay protected. Training, mentorship, and licensed support are provided.

No prior insurance experience is required; success hinges on mindset, integrity, and the drive to learn and grow in a collaborative, performance-based environment.

• Willing to obtain Health & Life license (support provided).

• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively in person.
