Starting pay is $50,000 base salary plus commissions; total annual compensation typically ranges from $75,000 to $120,000.

Qualifikationen

• Outside sales experience with a portfolio of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong technical abilities and familiarity with automotive service equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong written/interpersonal communication.

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Snap-on John Bean equipment.
• Generate sales within the assigned territory.
• Quote prices, prepare proposals, and conduct site surveys to gauge fit.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through cold calls and lead generation.
• Develop and sustain relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborate with field service teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Deliver equipment training and demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with franchisees and leverage divisions for solutions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Analyze territory potential, track sales, and report to management.
