Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to regional leaders on labor and employment trends and AR needs.
• Interpret and apply company policies and programs consistently.
• Analyze AR activity and develop action plans for fair policy enforcement.
• Support SSC with investigations and EEOC/DOL-related matters.
• Train management on AR and labor relations issues in partnership with Learning Development.
