You will lead talent management, associate relations, workforce planning, and learning initiatives, leveraging HR systems and data to drive decisions and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture within the district.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR or related field, with supervisory exposure.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence at district level.
