Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager to lead theft, fraud mitigation, safety and environmental compliance across multiple stores. You will coach store leadership, implement core AP programs, and partner with law enforcement to protect assets and maintain store standards.

On-site leadership across districts, building teams, and driving shrink reduction will be central to the role. 5–8 direct reports, travel 5–20% expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Legally permitted to work in the United States
• Associate degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of multi-unit retail AP experience
• 3 years of leadership experience
• Licensure/certification varies by location

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of Merchandise Protection Standards and related programs.
• Analyze shrink and theft trends across stores and implement solutions.
• Hire, coach and develop AP staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Law Enforcement and Government Relations for support.
