Job summary

Safepoint MGA, LLC is seeking an Agency Relations Manager to build and maintain agency relationships across Tennessee. This field-based role requires travel within the territory and the ability to commute 50–70 miles as needed to meet agents and trade shows.

The ideal candidate will develop profitable networks, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate on product, pricing, and agency management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of account management and customer service experience.
• In-depth Property and Casualty insurance knowledge across lines (vehicle, home, business).
• Valid resident Property & Casualty license and reciprocal licensure where applicable.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Scout and identify potential agencies for specific insurance programs.
• Identifies agencies’ interests and growth potential; motivates agents to succeed.
• Initiates marketing processes within each agency to attract and retain new business.
• Designs and implements strategies for marketing and sales of insurance contracts.
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
• Builds best practices for Agency Operations and follows up with action owners.
