Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of previous account management and customer service experience.
• Successful previous experience as an Insurance Sales Representative or Sales Coordinator for more than 3 years.
• The ability to establish and maintain professional networks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain agency relationships throughout Tennessee.
• Scout and identify potential agencies for specific insurance programs.
• Initiate systematic marketing processes within each agency to attract and retain new business.
