Safepoint MGA, LLC is seeking an Agency Relations Manager to build and maintain agency relationships across the Utah territory. This role is based in your home office and requires commuting within the region.

You will grow a profitable territory by identifying agencies, prospecting new business, and collaborating with product and pricing decisions. Strong communication, persistence, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of account management and customer service experience.
• In-depth Property & Casualty insurance knowledge.
• Valid Property & Casualty license and reciprocal licensure.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong computer skills and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Scout and identify potential agencies for specific insurance programs.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new business.
• Represent the company at trade association meetings.
• Grow Safepoint’s market share by appointing and coaching new agents.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet agents and attend events.
