Job summary

Geneo United is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth for our facial technology portfolio across dermatology and aesthetic practices in the US. You will own the full customer lifecycle, close new capital system sales, and grow consumable revenue through ongoing partnerships.

You will train and support клиентов, build long-term relationships, and travel regionally to support business priorities, events, and field activity. A hunter mentality and strong CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative, relationship-driven sales in aesthetics, dermatology, or medical devices.
• Experience managing capital equipment and consumables with recurring revenue.
• Proven ability to train and scale practices through coaching and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory revenue by selling capital systems and consumables.
• Build relationships with med-spas, dermatology, plastic surgery, and luxury spas.
• Provide product and business training (in-person and virtual).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Support, and Operations to improve the customer experience.
• Forecast consumable needs from usage data and identify upsell opportunities.
• Develop territory plans and conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
• Maintain regular calls, emails, and on-site visits to customers.
• Represent Geneo at trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline records and manage priorities.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Travel across PA, NJ, VA, MD, DE; reside near Harrisburg/Philly/Trenton.
