Job summary

Geneo is hiring an Area Sales Manager to lead the sales of cutting-edge facial technology across dermatology practices, med-spas, and luxury spas in the assigned territory. You will own the full customer lifecycle, from acquiring new capital systems to growing revenue through consumables.

You will train customers, build long-term relationships, and drive regional growth with frequent travel. A proven track record in consultative sales and CRM-driven strategies is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of success in consultative, relationship-driven sales; experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or medical devices is a plus.
• Experience managing capital equipment sales and consumable/repeat-purchase products with recurring revenue.
• Proven ability to grow practices through training, planning, and follow-up.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into account strategies.
• Willingness to travel frequently and manage a territory autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory revenue goals by selling Geneo capital systems and driving recurring consumable purchases across active accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers including med-spas, dermatology and plastic surgery practices, and luxury spas.
• Provide product and business training (in-person and virtual) so customers successfully adopt Geneo solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Review purchasing and usage data to forecast consumable needs and identify upsell opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to grow market share and improve retention.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to set goals and measure results.
• Maintain regular communication via calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Represent Geneo at trade shows and industry events.
• Keep CRM dashboards and reports up-to-date to manage priorities.
