Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Full-time Account Specialist in Clearwater, FL to drive sales and support branch key accounts. You will build relationships and match products and solutions to customer needs at our 10900 47th St location.

The role emphasizes a sales plan, customer service excellence, and teamwork within the FLCLE Public Store, with daily Monday–Friday shifts. Drivers license and light lifting are required as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan in a local territory to reach and exceed sales goals.
• Support the day-to-day needs of the branch's key accounts.
• Work directly with key accounts to grow and maintain an assigned book of business.
• Perform other duties to ensure branch success.
