Fastenal Co. in Blaine, MN is seeking a Full-time Account Specialist to advance sales and deliver exceptional customer service within the branch’s key accounts.

You’ll build relationships, align products with customer needs, and contribute to achieving branch goals. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a Business/Marketing degree or relevant experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Competenze

• 18 years of age or older.
• Current full valid driver’s license with ability to meet driving requirements for company vehicle.
• Business/Marketing degree or related industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills.
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrate core values: ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Lift and move packages weighing 25–50 lbs (up to 75 lbs).
• Pass the required drug screen (US/PR/Guam).

• Work directly with key accounts.
• Grow and maintain an assigned book of business.
