Fastenal is seeking a full-time Account Specialist in Fort Worth, TX, to advance sales and support branch key accounts. You will build relationships, match products to customer needs, and contribute to branch success at the 500 Railhead Rd location.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements.
• Pursuing or have a degree in Business/Marketing or related industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills.
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Demonstrate ambition, integrity and teamwork.
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that may weigh up to 75lbs.
• Pass the required drug screen (US, Puerto Rico and Guam).

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a sales plan in a local territory to reach sales goals.
• Support the day-to-day needs of the branch's key accounts.
• Work directly with key accounts to grow relationships.
• Grow and maintain an assigned book of business.
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
