Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Account Manager for a remote/field-based role across the United States with travel.

You will manage a designated distribution network and promote the DeWalt, Stanley, Lenox, Proto, and Irwin brands, delivering value through product trials and cost-savings analyses. You will support customers with sales service, inventory control, and promotions, while handling administrative territory tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent trade experience in a shop environment.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience in industrial sales preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Technical and mechanical ability to work with tools and machines.
• Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred.
• Strong time management and priority setting skills.
• Ability to develop and present programs to customers and sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow, and develop a sales territory representing DeWalt, Stanley, Lenox, Proto, Irwin brands.
• Demonstrate our total product portfolio value and provide cost-savings analysis to customers.
• Support customers with sales service in analysis, inventory control, and promotions.
• Handle territory management reports, travel paperwork, forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
