Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Account Manager for the Columbus/Cincinnati Territory to drive new patient referrals and revenue growth through promotion of specialty pharmacy services to healthcare providers, practices, hospitals, and other referral sources in the territory. This on-site role requires building strong provider relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare industry experience in sales or account management.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, infusion services, or chronic disease therapies is preferred.
• Proven success in building provider relationships and generating referrals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote specialty pharmacy and infusion-related services to referral sources.
• Generate new patient referrals and drive territory revenue growth.
• Conduct in-person presentations, educational meetings, and provider consultations.
• Develop territory business plans in partnership with sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate territory records and communications.
