Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Account Manager for the San Antonio and Austin territory. You will promote specialty pharmacy services to healthcare providers, drive patient referrals, and grow territory revenue through in-person visits and educational meetings.

Collaborate with physicians, clinics, hospitals and other referral sources, manage relationships, and navigate referral and reimbursement processes to ensure excellent patient access and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in healthcare sales or account management.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, infusion services, biologics, or chronic disease states preferred.
• Proven success in building provider relationships and generating referrals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote specialty pharmacy and infusion-related services to referral sources.
• Generate new patient referrals and drive territory revenue growth.
• Conduct in-person sales presentations, educational meetings, and provider consultations.
• Develop and execute territory business plans with sales leadership.
• Identify new opportunities while maintaining existing referrals.
• Assist providers with referral and reimbursement navigation.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events as assigned.
• Monitor market trends and provide competitive intelligence to leadership.
• Maintain territory records and communications; collaborate cross-functionally.
