Job summary

Jobot is seeking a results-driven Account Manager for our Specialty Pharma team in Texas. You will drive revenue by securing qualified patient starts, promoting infusion therapies, and strengthening referral networks with physician offices and hospitals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in healthcare sales or management, strong communication skills, and the ability to train new hires. This role offers a competitive salary, uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in healthcare including management, sales, clinic services, or customer service.
• Knowledge in infusion / specialty pharma; nursing experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell specialty pharmacy services to physician offices.
• Generate patient referrals to drive revenue for immune globulin and infliximab therapies.
• Conduct sales presentations and meetings in physician offices.
• Liaise between healthcare providers and the specialty pharmacy to ensure patient safety.
• Maintain territory workbook and develop new business opportunities.
