Job summary

Spectrum Paint Company is seeking an Account Manager in Joplin, MO to expand business within pre-assigned territories and develop new customers. The role involves achieving sales goals, expanding the product line, and collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and account development.

Responsibilities include servicing customers, presenting coatings solutions, placing orders, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must be able to develop and manage a book of regional accounts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Experience aiming to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Service customers and develop sales within a designated territory.
• Establish new accounts by identifying opportunities and contacting prospects.
• Provide product recommendations, pricing, and application guidance for coatings.
• Place orders for customers and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and staff to meet customer needs.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to identify opportunities and address issues.
• Resolve complaints by investigating and offering solutions.
• Prepare and share accurate internal reports with Regional Sales Management.
