Job summary

PSE Group is a nationwide team of coatings specialists delivering high-value coatings solutions and services to automotive refinish and related markets. The Account Manager maintains revenues and strengthens customer relationships within an assigned book of existing customers, while supporting Territory Managers with coordination, CRM documentation, and service-related needs.

We emphasize strong communication, customer satisfaction, and consistent value delivery of PB&E and related products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in customer account support.
• BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Proven track record of maintaining customer relationships and supporting revenue retention within automotive refinish products.
• Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls and presentations to existing customers.
• Develop a regular sales call schedule to meet customer needs.
• Familiar with automotive body paint, paint supplies, and related products.
• Assist customers in product selection and application to develop expert relationships.
• Develop and present sales promotions to support existing accounts.
• Maintain CRM notes and coordinate service-related activity for assigned customers.
