Colours Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative in Augusta, ME to grow revenue by developing new business and nurturing existing customer relationships.

You will manage a sales pipeline, identify opportunities, and promote a full range of coatings, paint, tools, and related equipment. You will collaborate with Technical Representatives and internal teams to ensure top-tier customer support, meet or exceed targets, and track performance while traveling across the assigned territory.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred; coatings, automotive, or industrial supply experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with automotive refinish products and processes is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving results.
• Strong customer service mindset and professionalism.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory (Plymouth and surrounding areas).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing product support and identifying growth opportunities.
• Prospect, qualify, and secure new customers within the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell a full portfolio of coatings, paint, tools, and related equipment.
• Collaborate with Technical Representatives and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance expectations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer's needs to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Attend trade shows, vendor training sessions, and company meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and activity reports in a timely manner.
