Job summary

FAMIS - A PSE Group Company in Arnold, MO, seeks an Account Manager to maintain revenues and customer relationships within an established base, focused on automotive paint and supplies. You will support Territory Managers with account coordination, CRM documentation, and service-related needs to ensure lasting value from PB&E and related products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience maintaining customer relationships and revenue retention in automotive refinishing products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls and presentations to existing customers.
• Develop a regular sales call schedule to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with Territory Managers and maintain CRM notes.
• Assist with service-related account activity and product demonstrations.
