Job summary

Pacira BioSciences, Inc. seeks an Early Intervention Account Manager to promote Zilretta to Orthopedic, Sports Medicine, and Primary Care offices in the Springfield area.

You will leverage product knowledge, relationships, and business acumen to exceed sales objectives and expand access to Zilretta. You will partner with regional leadership to develop strategies, manage a territory, and execute education on reimbursement while working with surgeons, physicians, and medical staff to close

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professional offices.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify target markets aligned with organizational strategy using existing reporting tools and dashboards.
• Exceed corporate revenue objectives within your geography.
• Collaborate with surgeons, sports medicine physicians, primary care, and other staff to drive Zilretta adoption.
• Educate reimbursement strategies in line with Pacira guidelines.
• Actively recruit customers to use Surgeon Selector in their practice.
• Utilize CRM for account planning, forecasting, and data analysis.
