Job summary

Pacira BioSciences, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to sell the Pacira portfolio within the assigned territory. You will leverage product knowledge, institutional relationships, and business acumen to meet or exceed sales objectives.

You will work with the Regional Director to execute a sound business plan, develop market strategies, and update account information in the CRM system while ensuring successful product adoption in hospitals, ASCs, and clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.
• Minimum 1 year direct selling to hospitals and healthcare professionals.
• Minimum 1 year experience selling in OR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify target markets using account-based strategies.
• Exceed revenue objectives in assigned geography.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff to drive product adoption.
• Develop and maintain expertise of all products.
• Document sales activities in Veeva CRM and other systems.
• Travel extensively to cover geographic territory.
