Job summary

Pacira BioSciences, Inc. is seeking an Early Intervention Account Manager (EIAM) to position and sell Zilretta to Orthopedic, Sports Medicine and Primary Care offices.

You will collaborate with the Regional Business Director to build a plan that drives territory revenue and exceeds sales goals using product knowledge, relationships, and business acumen. Responsibilities include educator reimbursement strategies, executing face-to-face meetings with physicians and office staff, and leveraging CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Minimum 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professional offices in the pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify target markets in accordance with organizational strategy using familiarity with customer operations and reporting tools.
• Exceed corporate revenue objectives within a specified geography.
• Collaborate with surgeons, sports medicine physicians, primary care, PAs, NPs to drive Zilretta adoption.
• Educate reimbursement strategies that adhere to company guidelines.
• Recruit customers to incorporate Surgeon Selector into their practice.
• Utilize CRM for account planning, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Develop expertise of Zilretta and its value proposition.
• Manage time to increase sales productivity and execute strategic sales activities.
• Partner with Regional Business Director in planning and execution.
• Document sales activity and account information in CRM.
• Engage clinical customers and leverage networks for access and uptake.
• Travel extensively within designated territory; live in or near PA; maintain valid driver's license.
