You will collaborate to develop a business plan to exceed sales revenues in the territory and leverage product knowledge, relationships, and strategy to achieve targets.

The role requires healthcare sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively within the geographic territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Minimum 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professional offices.

Responsibilities

• Identify target markets and leverage reports, tools, and dashboards.
• Exceed corporate revenue objectives within a defined geography.
• Collaborate with surgeons and health care providers to drive adoption of Zilretta.
• Educate reimbursement strategies per Pacira guidelines.
• Recruit customers to use Surgeon Selector in their practice.
• Utilize CRM for account planning, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Develop expertise on Zilretta and its value proposition.
• Manage territory and execute sales activities to meet objectives.
• Document sales account information in the CRM system.
• Engage clinical customers and maintain relationships for long-term access.
