Job summary

Vitalograph is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth across Texas, building trusted relationships with healthcare providers and hospital administrators. You’ll leverage your sales expertise to grow accounts, identify opportunities, and demonstrate the value of our respiratory diagnostics solutions.

You will travel within the territory to convert leads, present to decision-makers, and partner with marketing and product teams to support initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales in medtech/healthcare.
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing a defined territory.
• Familiar with software or SaaS in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a regional sales strategy aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts including hospitals and networks.
• Identify and develop new opportunities through market research and networking.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clinicians and admins.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service and product teams on initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline and forecasts for management.
• Travel throughout the assigned Texas territory as required.
