Job summary

Vitalograph, a global leader in respiratory healthcare, seeks a Territory Manager for Texas to drive sales growth and expand market presence. You will leverage your healthcare sales experience to develop new business, manage accounts and build trusted relationships with providers and administrators.

The role requires strong understanding of hospital environments, consultative selling and the ability to navigate complex healthcare settings while demonstrating the value of Vitalographs respiratory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in sales or healthcare are a plus.
• Experience in medical technology or healthcare with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• At least 3 years outside sales experience managing a defined territory and delivering revenue targets; knowledge of hospital environments and stakeholders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives for respiratory diagnostics.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts in Texas, including hospitals and clinical networks.
• Identify and develop new opportunities; convert leads into customers through networking and field activity.
• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, and provide regular forecasts to management.
• Travel throughout the Texas territory as required by the line manager.
