IWP is hiring an Account Manager to support our Territory Manager in Fort Worth. This sales-focused role requires relationship-building, problem-solving, and the ability to educate referral sources about IWP services.

You will travel within the territory, grow referral networks, train clients on service models, and promote additional IWP services while delivering consultative, value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of account management experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Sales-focused with strong problem-solving and learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
• Identify and develop new referral sources.
• Grow the referral source relationship while ensuring ongoing customer service.
• Engage decision makers and office staff on strategic relationships.
• Assist in sales efforts to increase revenue.
• Assess client needs and tailor solutions.
• Train clients on IWP service models.
• Promote additional IWP services.
• Deliver consultative, solution-based service.
